A lifelong Chicagoan, Chanel Poston is a savvy real estate professional dedicated to helping her clients
realize their dreams. Upon earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University,
Chanel embarked on a successful career in sales, working in a variety of fields from telecommunications
and logistics to retail and finance. It was a professional path that allowed her to sharpen the skills and
strengths that now benefit her real estate clients: She is a creative problem solver, an excellent
communicator, and a sharp negotiator. Thoughtful and analytical, Chanel also brings her financial
acumen to each transaction. First-time home buyers especially appreciate that she is a credit specialist
who will ensure that they come to the table prepared to discuss their financing options and any
available grants.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Chanel views herself as an educator, advocate and guide for her clients,
whether they are buying or selling a home or looking for an investment opportunity. Steadfastly focused

In addition to her Dream Town clients, Chanel is equally passionate about her community—devoting her
time, energy and talents to a number of local organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the
Women’s Council of Chicago. She is also co-chair of the Young Professionals Network of the Oak Park
River Forest Chamber of Commerce. When not assisting her clients or volunteering her time, you’re
